Shipping Policy

Standard delivery is via the Royal Mail. We aim to get your purchases to you as soon as we can!

Customs and Duties:

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges.

Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with us, we'd love you to return as often as possible.

Please note that because of the hand made nature of our products, we are only able to give refunds if the goods are faulty, mis-described or not fit for purpose. You must notify within 14 days together with the reason for the return/refund and return the items(s) within a reasonable time (28 days). Items will be refunded or exchanged providing they are in their original condition and packaging. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned and obtain a certificate of posting.

There are no returns available for the personalised Birthday videos or bespoke items.
